Chartered Surveyors who are either Fellows of the RICS (FRICS) or Members of the RICS (MRICS). Members must comply with the RICS Rules of Conduct which includes the following mandatory obligations:

  1. Members must comply with the CPD requirements set by RICS (currently 20 hours per calendar year of which half must be formal).
  2. Members must cooperate with RICS.
  3. Members must promptly provide all information reasonably requested by the Standards and Regulation Board, or those exercising delegated authority on its behalf.
